VIRTUAL REALITY (VR)

HI EVERYONE ! Today we used a different techonological tool in our lesson . I guess that some of you familiar with this VR glasses but to make it more clear, I 'll just tell about my experience and a little bit information about how we use it in our classroom activities as a prospective teachers:) The definition of ‘virtual’ is near and reality is what we experience as human beings. So the term ‘virtual reality’ basically means ‘near-reality’.So, in summary, virtual reality entails presenting our senses with a computer generated virtual environment that we can explore in some fashion.Also,There are a wide variety of applications for virtually reality which include:Architecture,sport,medicine,the arts,entertainment and education. BUT we may have diffuculty in using VR in education because of its expensiveness and impracticality.Although it has some limitations , I believe that it will be more common tool for next generation to use it in classrooms. Even now, we can see VR glasses in shopping malls as my lecturerer said today😄In a nutshell, It can be a tool which is hard to access for every student in today's education system .However if we use right methodology and practise in our classes,we 'll create a different learning zones for our students.👍😉
